At RootsWeave, every bag is made with love and shipped with care. 
Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

📦 PROCESSING TIME
Because every bag is handmade in our studio, please allow 
2–3 business days for your order to be prepared, quality-checked, 
and packaged before it ships.

✈️ SHIPPING TIMES
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout)
- International Shipping: 10–20 business days, depending on 
  destination and customs

📍 WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
We ship worldwide so women everywhere can carry a piece of 
RootsWeave with them.

📬 TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number so you can follow your bag every step 
of the way.

🌍 CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, 
or import taxes determined by your country. These charges are 
the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the 
shipping cost.

⏰ DELAYS
While we do our best to meet every estimated delivery window, 
occasional delays can happen due to holidays, weather, or 
courier issues. We appreciate your patience — good things
