RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your happiness is at the heart of everything we do at RootsWeave. 
If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

✅ ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The bag arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The bag is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because every bag is handmade and one of a kind, we cannot 
accept returns for:
- Bags that show signs of use, wear, or washing
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

💸 REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an 
email letting you know it's been approved. Approved refunds 
are processed back to your original payment method within 
5–10 business days.

🔁 EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange your bag for a different design if 
it's still in original condition. Please contact us first at 
info@rootsweave.com to arrange the exchange.

📦 RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless 
the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend 
using a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt 
of items lost in transit.

📩 HOW TO START A RETURN

- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
